Totally irreliable Don t go there! My laptop has been stolen from there! The manager seems nice and friendly at the start but he is totally irreliable! The rools are basic and the kitchen is just disgusting! Instead of enjoying the time I was paying for, I had to clean up the house first day to feel in descent place . All was super dirty! You can find much more better for what you are paying

Will definitely not be staying here again. Terrible customer service, manager is extremely rude and did not help accommodate us at all. Beds were dirty, bathroom was unsanitary, the whole room itself was a complete mess. Absolutely terrible living conditions, I have stayed in some terrible places before (hotels, airbnbs, etc.) but this place is beyond disgusting. Do not ever think of staying here.

We stayed recently for a hens night and had a fantastic time. The apartment we stayed in was a two bedroom and it was so spacious. The room has a full size fridge/freezer so we did a big food shop on the first day and didnt have to spend money on take away. The room also has an oven, stove, microwave, plates cups etc so we had everything we needed to cook our meals. The room was clean and towels were provided. The room even had a washing machine and dryer!! The beach was across the road and the hotels pool was also lovely. The management was friendly as well as the staff. Was very happy with this

This place not good to stat in holidays. The staff name John, he is Aussie. he said will keep my $200 when i return the keys he will give me back $200. But he just gave me back $140. And no tell me any reason to charge $60 from it. I called him. He said to call back. But didn’t. Not good place for holiday.

The room was not even remotely like any of the one advertised. It is dirt, old and not maintained. The manager is extremely rude, especially when I ask for new sheets as mine have makeup and white stains all over. The matress topper had yellow stains on it and the bed was like sleeping on cardboard .... This has been the worst experience I have ever had. He even thretened me saying that if even one thing is broken/damaged (which there where multiple thing broken propr to checkin) in the room that he would keep my deposit. Then refused to give us a refund and continued to argue with me in my room

Terrible service, very unorganised and unprofessional business. They confused our booking with another, they provide no essentials such as soaps, washing equipment etc. minimal cutlery and plates/bowls. Poor cleaning of our rooms prior to check in was obvious. Many broken thing such as doors, fridges and showers. On departure, John the owner inspected our rooms and told us they were fine, we cleaned them all to a good extent and did more than we had to, did not break anything nor leave the place a mess, and we gave all keys back. When it was time to collect our bond back, we got accused of breaking
