Disgusting, Dirty and gross! If I could give a 0 I 100% would. Had a 2 bedroom garden view apartment over xmas 2021 14 day stay, The aircon leaked and flooded the whole lounge room multiple times, The second bathroom could not be used the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower head was installed wrong and pointed at the ceiling so everybody had to use the ensuite bathroom which had cut tiles facing up and was slippery and unsafe, The cook top had a crack in it the microwave almost caught fire twice, We lost $500 worth of food plus my type 1 diabetic son's insulin because the fridge was broken and

If you're the kind of person who likes to have their bond stripped because you are somehow blamed for crackheads being dumped by random cars and you have the decency to see if they are okay, then this definitely the place to stay. Also there was plenty cockroaches and stained sheets with holes in it if that's your thing. I would rather have slept on the beach.

Avoid at all costs. The clientele they let in are extremely undesirable. The management are the rudest, most unprofessional people you will come across.
The drug users and sellers are most welcome but normal everyday families are treated with disrespect. They will keep your bond for no reason. The rooms are not maintained by the management and the owners would have no idea what's happening to their investment.

Stayed in 9E.The place was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. It wasn't clean at all. The benches were dirty. There was a dirty band aid near the couch, rubbish in the corner near the door. The balcony lock was broken, the fix for it was a lock at the bottom of either door. There was blood on the wall near one of the toilets. The vents were all full of dust. No air conditioning! The blinds were revolting. Blankets were dirty and stained. The owners of this particular apartment clearly don't care.

The apartment has a good ocean and river view. But the apartments are fairly poorly maintained and looking it's age. These apartments dont have aircon in the bedrooms, which makes it difficult for anyone to sleep in and staying here difficult. Pots amd pans are well used and needs replacement. Staff weren't too accommodating either.
