If I could give them no stars I would. We booked on the 12/10/21 directly through their website. I received a confirmation email with a booking reference. I arrived on the 29/10/21 only to be told “oh sorry we can’t find you in our system we have no rooms” despite me producing a booking confirmation email DIRECTLY from them. Absolute joke - manager couldn’t even care less. We had travelled from Brisbane and were left stranded. Absolutely disgusting

The location is absolutely amazing. Cross the road to the main beach. Eateries all around. Owner was friendly. Negative was the cleanliness of the room. Normally I overlook small things because the location outweighs anything else but this time it’s necessary. The plates and saucepan were in the cupboard dirty. Left over egg in the frypan. The sheets seemed clean but the blanket was so old I was surprised it was still together. The trundle bed mattress should of been thrown out long ago. The finger print grime all up the door was a few months in the making and our feet were black after walking
