After office hours, guests can obtain their keys from a safe located outside office doors. Guests will interact with our NiteTel service which will provide guests with a code to the safe. Depending on the availability of your room on the day of check-out, we can arrange late check-outs free of charge up to 11am; up to 4pm with a $50 fee, and any time past 4pm will cost another nights' stay.

Booked this inn weeks in advance. Called when we booked, asking if we could pay on arrival and was given the all clear! A day before check in, checked our junk mail to find that our booking had been cancelled due to non-payment 4 days prior. Called to rectify and was given no help and told our room had been given to somebody else, leaving us with no accomodation for a week. Wasn't even given the respect of a curtesy call before cancelling our room. So unprofessional, do not book here.

Perfect position. Easy check in process after hours. Nice pool. Bedding ok, kitchen ok and the bathroom could do with an upgrade. Friendly staff, however, the cleaning lady is abrupt and a little rude. I felt the cleaning lady and her partner kept following me to see whether I dispose rubbish into to the correct bin. She really needs to communicate any issues to someone else rather than dealing with customers directly. I will rent again but not if the cleaning lady still there.

The check in process took about 20 minutes as no one was in reception and we had to phone an outside source. the room was upstairs with no elevator and we had heavy luggage. the balcony door was ridiculously heavy to open. we were told we had until 11 to check out but the maid bust into our room around 10:30am without knocking and told us to leave. when we went to check out we were told that we should’ve emptied the bins and that we should’ve stripped the beds as well 🤣. the staff were rude and unhelpful. do not stay here.

No car park entry for checking in, service not great, room too old, no instructions how to use old and shabby air conditioning which is noisy like plane is taking off.. too small room, nowhere to sit .. as well as the smell lacking instructions in the whole complex.. including car park . only one thing to say, you get what you pay for ... $140.00 for a night.. luckily booked for one night .. won’t stay here again

The room was very dated, the carpet looked old and dirty. Checked the bathroom and the lights didn't work and the floor was wet. It appears that the toilet is leaking on the floor.
We called reception and they apologized and offered to show us another room. The other room was significantly better, but still not great.
We moved other accommodations.
The woman working at reception was friendly and helpful and apologetic.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Trickett gardens, whilst it's not 5 🌟 it's perfect for a budget family stay, lovely reception staff, comfortable beds,well equipped great air-con, plenty of room,great pool and BBQ area with plenty of shade, clean and you couldn't get a better location for the price!! we'll definitely stay again really enjoyed our stay thank you 😀

Located right in Surfers Paradise with great amenities such as free parking, pool, spa, washing and dryer machine. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor and was really comfortable for our stay. Only issues will be the internet that is limited 1GB every 3 days and that only one toilet paper was provided and we had to go ask for another one. Pool was crowded at some times. Staff was nice and friendly. Recommended.
