My wife took my watch in to change its battery, when I picked it up they told me they had changed the pin, which I never asked my wife to do as the watch did not require it. The woman told me that my wife had asked her to change the pin and on returning to the car I asked my wife if she asked them to change the pin and she told me I just asked her change the battery. On inspecting my watch I could not see any change to any pins. It’s not the $15 they charged its the principal that they did not get told that and lied about what my wife asked for. Customer beware.
