To find out someone’s cat has gone missing and you guys telling the owner you would take them to the pound instead of returning it to the owner or not given them any info regarding missing cat. Down right pathetic and unimaginable by people in this profession. I am appalled and disgusted 🤬 What the f@&k has happened to empathy & compassion about families and their beloved family pets.

Awesome! My lab Indi is starting to have arthritis, they were so clear with treatments and getting a plan in place and Indi is much happier. I couldn’t make the last appointment due to work so I had my mum take her and the vet took more time out of her day to call me later in the day. Thank you 🙌

My puppy and I both love Killarney Vale Vet Clinic. The staff are friendly, helpful and I feel my puppy’s health is in great hands.
My puppy recently graduated from puppy preschool with Alanna and it was fabulous! Each session was incredibly informative and provided socialisation in a safe manner.

Ive previously never used this vet clinic before, but the other day my dog needed urgent attention and this vet was closest to me.
From the moment I stepped in the door unannounced, the lovely lady at the desk jumped up and knew we had an urgent situation and whisked my baby off straight away for care.
The compassion, care and empathy this team showed towards my pup and myself was first class. They made an extremely difficult and sad time a little bit easier.
Thank you to everyone at Killarney Vale Veterinary hospital for everything you did for us.
We will definitely use you again when we are

Very poor front of house service.
We were asked to come between certain hours and were then waiting for over 40 mins in the waiting room to simply check our dog out of overnight stay after surgery.
No discussion as to why or how long we had to wait when we asked. And no apology. Very disappointing.

My vet and also puppy training class. Puppy training sessions were informative, receptive to open questions through class and fun. For vet needs, I've found the staff to be helpful to explain treatments and products, aswell as fitting me in within the hour for an emergency.

I’ve used Killarney Vale Vet Clinicfor over 8 years now. They have ALWAYS been professional, caring and sympathetic with all my dogs. I can not speak highly enough about all the staff in the clinic. They go above and beyond every time I take my babies there. Katrina and staff get a A +++ from myself and anyone else I know that goes there. Great team !!!

Kathryn is the best! I have complete faith in her and her care of my dog, Callie. She is thorough, knowledgeable and caring, working beautifully with my dog who is scared and anxious at the vet. I couldn’t be happier with her as our vet and highly recommend her.

Such lovely caring staff. Special thanks to Sara for looking after Albie our pusscat. Although they were extremely busy just after Christmas because he was not well and in pain they squeezed him in to be seen and did his surgery. Hopefully all will be well now but I have no hesitation in recommending them.
