We sadly lost our very much loved dog Louie last week and vet Melanie Prunster was incredible. Louie and our whole family were treated with such care and compassion that we couldn't have asked for any more.
We were also impressed by the speed in which an appointment was found for us when he was sick as we have just moved to the area and didn't have a local vet yet. Al of the staff have been so helpful and lovely that we highly recommend them to anyone.

After moving from Greenpoint to Wyongah I had my previous local vet surgery pass on all history regarding my dogs, unfortunately today i had to call my old vets to request a letter proving my dogs diagnosed condition.
As Kanwal Vets after being their for the past 3 yrs insisted they'd have to examine my dog before writing a letter, and at present im stuck in a sydney hotspot zone with my dogs and can't bring her in, they said I should take her to a covid spot vets and they'll email over what I need .. so unessary to put myself at risk of covid aand put the stress of attending a vets when all I

Absolutely phenomenal vet, not a question about money until the consultation was done, the main concern was for my dog indi who was in a bad way caring friendly and equipped with loving staff vets and equipment, can not fault in any way shape or form.
