Lee and the guys were super accommodating and the most welcoming bunch of people you've ever met. When i've dropped off my car at previous places i've left with an off feeling and not much trust, but this place is so much different.
They had my car ready the same day for a full service, all nice and clean and at the front ready to go. Lee was awesome, he walked me around the car and notified me of some things i may not be aware of and explained the things they did.
I really appreciated the transparency and honest price/services the boys did.
10/10 super happy with my experience! Will be bringing

Car needed a roadworthy as it is a personal import. They open really early in the morning which makes drop off easy for me, they communicate effectively, they had capacity to perform the remedial work, all in all very efficient. And they seem like a nice bunch of people too.

In addition to the selected services Richmond Motors also completed a general service that was due, changed transmission oil, checked suspension, fixed foot pedal and cleared washer line blockage.

The team at Richmond Motors did a fantastic job on my Jeep Patriot. My car hadn’t been serviced for 4 1/2 years, so it required quite a bit of work, which was completed on the day and the car feels like new now.
They gave me a courtesy call before completing all works, including extensive work on my brakes. It was itemised and broken down for me, which given it was above what I was anticipating, was appreciated. In terms of cost, given the amount or works required and time spent on my vehicle, i feel like I received great value for money.

I have been going to Richmond Motors for a few years now and have always felt very looked after. A few days ago I noticed some sort of small leak underneath my car. Rang Richmond Motors and they were able to see me promptly. Repaired the seal without charging me for it. Excellent customer service.
