Sunburst Motel

I've enjoyed every stay at this location. Before this COVID, I would go twice a year. On or off peak season. A great place to relax.

I don’t know where to start….our first holiday in forever due to Covid and Sunburst Motel was clean, everything we needed and conveniently just a few steps away from the bus stop.
But most of all the Beautiful Family who run this Motel went the extra mile, very polite, caring and the children helping out little rays of sunshine.
Thank you for such an amazing experience~ if we ever come back to QLD you will be our go to 😊

I like this homy environment and as a winter rental and to have some really nice peeps renting now I am thankful for that and u like communicating so I'm thankful for the guy that runs it he runs it tight and since I liked that and I am a commercial fisherman I ideally want that for my work space but for a home vibe it is just right thank you for the good easy stay to the sunburst owner

Amazing family vacation room very nice very clean. The owners very friendly we meet some amazing people at the pool so much fun can't wait till next year

Sooooooo nice. Very friendly and easy to deal with the staff. Clean, very reasonably priced. Had a faucet issue, it was fixed in literally 20 mins from the time we notified the front desk about it. Also, checked out already and forgot something in the room, took me up and opened it immediately to retrieve my belongings. Amazing place!!!!!!!

Great rates. Clean. Great Staff. Nice heated pool. Spacious suites. Less than 5 minute walk from the boardwalk itself! 7-11 around the corner a block literally. I had a great stay. Highly recommended. 5 Star

Sunburst 1 was nice and clean...second time we went down we stayed at sunburst 11 building which was awful the room smelled from strong mold all night u could see ceiling tiles had water damage and carpet. Definitely hard to breathe never again wasted money. We had to buy lysol to sleep in that room. We had a late check in so it was too early to report anything. Waste of money.

We love coming here every year for the past couple years. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Never had an issue, the rooms are great! They even come with a fridge, microwave & stove. Definitely my favorite place to stay at Seaside! They also have a pool!

We have been coming here for 5 years and place has always been excellent that goes for both there locations. Husband wife and son have always been great and inviting and if I may add there dog is great also lol. This is absolutely the best place to stay at seaside!

Wow talk about above and beyond. We got a room for one night to extend our stay just a little longer! And Robert and his son Tyler made our 24 hours with them amazing! The pool area was so nice and clean, there was a grill for anyone to use and bbq on! We will try to be back again this year, and if not definitely next summer! Thanks for an amazing time!!

Fantastic room for the price! Better than I expected from a motel. The owner was very nice and made us feel welcome. Surprised to have a kitchenette. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Good for 2 people. Went pre-season, weekend, so prices were great! The location is prefect, easy walk to boardwalk and beach. Would stay again!

BEWARE. Be careful when you book and need to cancel. They'll take the full booking fee not just the first night as stated. Used and check with both and they still took. 3 nights not 1. They say contact bookings and bookings say contact them. They have my $. Covid or not poor form

We want to thank the management Peta and Mark for going above and beyond to make our first stay at Sunburst Motel one we will never forget. From the moment of making our booking we loved the kindness. We absolutely loved staying here the pool was a massive hit for the kids the grounds where absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The room was very spacious and very very tidy A+++ for your hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future. Definitely a great motel for families with dogs 🐶🐾

I've stayed in a lot of motels & this one is by far the worst of them all.

Clean rooms and crystal clear swimming pool also pet friendly will defintley be back again great service

Great little place. Pool was crystal clear. Management is great and only a 5 minute walk to the Broadwater.

We just spent the best 4 days on the Gold Coast and the Sunburst Motel was the perfect home away from home. The managers were amazing and so helpful the rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Def recommend it to anyone down that way. Also location is perfect central to all your needs on the Gold Coast. Thanks again
