Prior to relocating up from Tasmania to the Gympie region, we purchased a block of land and met with three building firms to discuss the construction of our new home. This was a daunting experience because we still lived interstate, but after meeting the team at Aspect Homes, the decision became very easy. Doug, Fiona and their team were the standouts for us, and we were made to feel very welcome. We are still in the early stages of the building process and so far we still feel very confident in our final choice of builders. Thank you Aspect Homes

From the moment we walked into the display home and met Doug and Fiona we knew we were in good hands. They were so easy to deal with from the outset and have a wealth of knowledge that they were more than happy to share. Once the build got started Amy’s communication was second to none and we loved watching our dream home get built. They were more than accommodating when we made a few small changes and meticulous when it came to handover to ensure they were delivering us the highest quality home! It has now been over a week since my wife and I had handover of our new home.
I would like to thank Doug, Fiona, Amy and all the tradies that put their time into our home. With being our first build we did not know what to expect, but we were kept in the loop with every aspect of the build. They were always available for any questions we had no… matter how insignificant we thought it was. After the problems we had with another builder, my wife and I did not want to build again but after the experience we had with Aspect homes, we would happily build with them again!

We just had hand over of our beautiful new home. We can not thank Doug and his team enough for all their time and effort they put into our build. Nothing was too hard and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had during the build. Amy works tirelessly to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible and within the… time frames. Everytime I emailed Amy, I always received a reply within about half an hour. You were a pleasure to work with during the build. Our house is finished to perfection and we are so thankful we chose Aspect Homes to build our first home

This has been our first house build/experience, so we were not sure what to expect. From the moment we stepped into the office we were surprised with how friendly and professional the people are, and how thorough they have been throughout the process. Every step has been explained, with such an attention to detail that we have been so amazed (as… hearing of other friends builds, for them it has not been anywhere near as smooth, as they have been for us.) Every change and variation we have requested has not been an issue, and I know that it is not only house our build Aspect are managing
