Oakvale Homes is a custom-design building company renowned for quality materials and inclusions. Our Inclusion packages have been tailored by our own clients for our area, tastes and budgets. Alternatively, we can custom design to your own personal needs. LVL bearers with Duragal steel posts (raised homes) or raft slab (as per soil classification).
A lot of new homeowners are unsure when maintenance issues are their responsibility or the covered under their maintenance / structural warranty with their builder. The Team at Oakvale Homes were great! Any issues or concerns were quickly addressed and resolved. My partner and I were kept in the loop with all progress of the build for a our beautiful new home. We would like to thank Kurt Sharon and the whole Gympie team for their support and friendship and the amazing effort they put in to get the house built after the fiasco caused by the collapse of Sterling Homes. Once all the problems and issues were navigated through Oakvale had us in the house in approximately 16 weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build. Thank you all so much 👍😊😊

I cant thanks Afton and the team in the wide bay enough for building our first home and making this dream a reality. We had previously seen 2 other builders who were not what we were looking for and made the… beginning of our building journey stressful and hard work. I can say with so much happiness that Afton and her team made this process stress free, exciting and so enjoyable with weekly communication throughout the build! Although we plan on enjoying our new home for years to come, I will return to this amazing team with future contruction. I couldnt recommend them enough!!

I just wanted to say how amazing the entire team is at Oakvale homes, we had a great experience from start to finish, everyone was very professional and very quick to reply to any emails I may have sent, with weekly emails from them updating me on the building of our home. Everyone said building a home is very stressful but we found we had no stress involved in the 4 months it took for them to build our 3 bedroom home we love it and highly recommend Oakvale thank you

Oakvale Homes built our first home and we could not be any happier! They were upfront with their information, told us everything we needed to know and kept us up to date each week on the build.
