Services
Health issues - If you have any health problems that you have not already told your instructor about (especially neck and back problems) then make sure you let them know before the class. Be comfortable - Ensure sure that your mat or blanket is thick enough so that you can be really comfortable for the whole class.
I am so excited and honoured to be able to offer this class in support of our fellow sisters in need. Please join us for this VERY SPECIAL Yoga 4 Dignity class. Share the Dignity collects thousands of pads, tampons and personal hygiene products every YEAR for women experiencing homelessness and poverty.
We are an Australian, family-run company, based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. Originally, a family of Yoga teachers, we founded Australia's most popular Yoga school in 1994 and held 60 classes a week nationally. It was 2012 when one of our family members was diagnosed with a serious illness that our focus dramatically changed.

Just completed the 5-week beginner course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Getting into the basics of breathing, being present, basic poses, and by week 5 completing a flow. All felt very natural and good for the body. The course was always inviting and warm and Lisa is a great teacher. The relaxation at the end was so good to finish on. Highly recommend!!!

I have just completed the most amazing five week beginners course with Lisa and a wonderful group of like minded people. The experience left us all feeling very grateful for the opportunity to relax and spend some 'me' time on ourselves. I am learning how to breath better, stretch very tight muscles and gain some strength that I have lost with age and illness. I can't wait to start the next class and gain more knowledge from an amazing, funny and very talented lady, Lisa!! Thank you!

I have done beach yoga, laughter yoga and SUP yoga with Lisa and she is amazing. Always makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during her classes. I always leave with a positive mindset and a spring in my step. Even if your not into yoga or participate in it regularly it doesn’t matter you will get something out of her class. Thanks for a great SUP yoga this morning 🏖
