I enjoyed a 3 days mid-week retreat. This exceeded my expectations. The accommodation, food, activities and instructors were excellent. I especially enjoyed the drumming circle and also the meditations led by Atil. The 10 people in our group, all diverse in background, bonded well in a short time. In all a worthwhile experience that I would recommend to others.

This was exactly what I needed. Two days of rest, ease, nourishment and movement with lovely humans.
The yoga was wonderful - fun, playful, nurturing, extending - with several classes each day in different styles and different teachers. They each had their own unique style and approach, which kept things interesting and light.
The food was incredible - vegan, gluten free and delicious - and the dining room is a peaceful place for quiet reflection, journalling, drinking tea. The dining staff were also super-lovely, making sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Rooms were comfy and

Enjoyed the time there, food was exceptional yummy. Friendly people, cozy environment. Great location that accessing to the mountains from the back yard. Most importantly I had a great practice during my stay. But for people who isnβt a yogi, this place is also perfect for relaxation and be away from the busy city life.

Had a fantastic time at Happy Buddha attending the silent retreat. Peter is an amazing facilitator and cannot be faulted. There is a warmth about him that is very unique and welcoming. Food was plentiful and flavoursome - I kept going back for seconds! The yoga and meditation is easy to follow and enjoyable for all skill levels. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to reconnect with themselves or get a break from smart devices and the constantly busy world we live in today!! I recently attended a Happy Buddha Rhythmic Meditation Retreat. The weekend was just what I needed to replenish, restore and reconnect. I struggle with sitting meditation but rhythmic meditation really works for me. Great location, amazing food, beautiful people and the perfect combination of activity and space, yin and yang, peaceful and fun, serious and light-hearted. Highly recommend! Thank you π

Loved my weekend at Happy Buddah. The program was excellent, the ability to do a bushwalk down to a little waterfall from the property was ideal. The food being vegan and gluten free was out of this world and I loved the yoga; the teachers are so talented! It was a perfect weekend and place to recharge. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough amazing things about this beautiful yoga retreat. Our room had views over the Blue Mountains and the pool. We ate the most incredible, delicious food. I've never tasted vegan food like it. The yoga classes are excellent and I got a lot out of the workshops and meditation sessions too. I'm already planning my next trip back.

Affordable nice retreat in blue mountain, 15 mins walk from Wentworth falls station. I went to the retreat during winter but the place is very cosy and warm, I love stay by the fire. The building was great, nicely decorated with taste, very neat and clean. It has the entry hall with fire and a zen room where I can stay reading, the dinning room which has access for tea and coffee all day. My room has a view to the swiming pool ( not heated) and blue mountain on the back where I watched the sunrise from my window. The price is very affordable, especially with the sale we had. If you want to breakaway for the weekend and have amazing vegan food as well as yoga, drum circle and relaxation to the max.
Not to mention the outdoors and waterfall walks.
If this sounds like you then this is the place to go To.
This is the best no pressure retreat i have ever been to.
