Services
Western Sydney's first studio combining the ancient traditions of yoga practices with the scientific philosophy of Stretch Therapy and an overall healthy lifestyle approach. Our classes and private one on one consultations are designed to meet our student's needs and wants for their health, flexibility, quality of movement and mindfulness.
Stretch and Flexibility is available for one on one consultations and group classes. Each session is tailored to its students with an ever evolving range of movements and deep stretching, trigger point release and mobility drills to build your flexibility, ease of movement, prevent injury and relieve pain.
We're always excited to have new faces in our studio and to give you a chance to get a feel for us we are offering your first 3 classes with us for just $30. This sweet deal is available only for your first visit and is limited to one pass per person. This is the package for you! Come to as many of the classes on the timetable you like to really get your yoga on.
During full moon and the waning period is the perfect time to let go, to feel light, to be free and to heal. Let's experience this together through Naam Yoga, combining graceful movements with breath-work, mudras (hand seals), mantras and meditation. Followed by a healing sound bath of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowl, the gong and koshi chimes, we will.
It's that time again! Time to prioritise yourself and get your body moving! Our Beginners Yoga - 8 Week Course is the perfect way to get yourself moving and start your yoga journey. This is also a great refresher for those who have done yoga before to bring focus back into your practise.

Each class is designed to take you through the foundations of the yoga postures and their alignment whilst incorporating focus on your breath and a calm steady mind.These classes will teach you to bring awareness and confidence to your practise. You can enjoy a safe and supportive environment where you can ask questions, get feedback from experienced teachers and have fun.

It honestly feels like such a blessing to be part of the Encompass family. Michelle and Mark are invested in the health and well-being of everyone in their ‘extended family’ and are there to help with movement, diet, lifestyle, mindfulness- you name it, they’ve got your back. Can’t recommend them highly enough 🙏

I can’t say enough about this studio. The two sides complement each other. They have been with me through my life stages, Mark when I’ve wanted to focus more on strength and fitness and Michelle post pregnancy when I’ve wanted to decompress and work on stretching and flexibility. They are both very holistic, nurturing and supportive.

Michelle and Mark have created the most wonderful and all-encompassing (pun intended!) safe space for literally anyone and everyone to do their own thang! They just have health in a nutshell so right. No matter what kind of day you’re having, they will always be able to cater to your every need. Two beautiful, fun-loving, cheeky, understanding, real AF, woke AF, no-BS kinda people running a yoga & movement studio; there is no place I would rather be!
