Zen Ki Yoga is a culmination of several different styles of Japanese yoga, Indian yoga, two different styles of shiatsu and 26 years of Janie Larmour's experience of working with clients in yoga, personal fitness training and shiatsu. It is deeply steeped in the knowledge of western anatomy combined with ancient energy healing work using the Zen Shiatsu meridians and the principles of yin and yang.
While there may be the occasional up dog and down dog, you might end up doing an entire class lying on your back deeply working the core and strengthening the structure around your spine or the individual organs in your digestive, reproductive and circulatory systems.

The Centre of Yoga opened in 2006 in William Street Darlinghurst. Janie opened a studio at White City (Tennis Centre) in Paddington in 2002-2003, however the uncertainty of the redevelopment of that site caused her to close and teach in gyms around Potts Point and Darlinghurst for several years before re-opening as The Centre of Yoga in the William Street studio.
Zen Ki Yoga really is the most effective healing system you'll ever learn and so different from anything you've ever done before. There are lots of different forms of yoga, but Zen Ki Yoga is a Japanese form of yoga based on the healing massage, Zen Shiatsu using the meridians the same as an acupuncturist would - without the needles.
All classes are online and available 24/7 with your subscription. Janie teaches workshops all around Australia and in Los Angeles & Fort Lauderdale, USA and Manchester & London, UK and other various events that come up throughout each year. In this 2-day workshop, learn the intricacies of how Zen Ki Yoga works and how you can tell if you have imbalances in your health from your face, your body, your meridians and the way you do your yoga.
Sometimes, we need a little bit of extra attention or you may need to work on a specific health issue. This is when it's a good idea to book in for a private class, corrective session or shiatsu healing massage. Skype private or group yoga sessions + one-on-one to design your own personal program to heal your health or change your body shape!

I have been practicing Zen Ki Yoga on and off for years and the online classes every day for the last couple of months . I am a true believe in the benefits - of this special yoga because the benefits are tangible in the way my body and mind feel, look and function. . We have found that doing Janies online classes is like being at the studio with Janie in the room . Some days Even if the last thing you feel like is a strong yoga class- just pick a class , press play - and begin - Your body and mind will just start reacting to and following the instruction and the benefits are yours . It’s amazing
