I stayed here for 40 days, during which time I was doing shift work at the hospital. The management were very considerate of my need for quiet and privacy and always very pleasant and helpful. The level of hygiene is high and I particularly enjoyed the pool, which is pristine. Our room was on the ground floor, with good kitchen utilities.

Horrible , I booked through airbnb’s but he told me if I book straight with them I will get 200 $ discount so I choose that , I stayed long because we just moved from Newzealand I have paid all money in advance this is new place for me , as per the conversation you told us that I will get towel changes but never did it, so we washed our self because I need a place live with kid , one day the owner or the worker who got Mazda 9 , when my kid touched on his car he was angry with my kids they are just 2 and 3 year old .

The couple that manages the building are extremely rude. They treated my partner and I so badly because we didnt book directly through them. Its dissapointing because we enjoyed our room, but felt so uncomfortable due to their hostility.
People working in hospitality should know better then to treat their guests so badly.

We stayed at Royal Palm Villas in September after 2 months in the outback. We were delighted with the help we were given by Peter and Helen to enjoy our stay in Cairns. We loved the quiet location and easy access to great and economical dining, the main bus stop and the beach front. The pool was just right to cook down after a day out in the sun. We will be back.
