City Plaza Apartments

We booked through Wotif a replacement holiday for a cruise we were unable to take. I was charged a deposit to another hotel with no receipt or email explaining. I later found out the manager ran both after questioning it. We chose this 4 star accommodation (cough cough) and were made to feel bad on the 3 occasions I spoke with management. The first: I called to confirm the accomodation. The manager answered with "hello". I wasn't even sure I had rang the right number. He told me he couldn't help me as he wasn't in the office but offered no call back so I asked if there was a better time I could

Nice apartment just 2 streets from the Esplanade. Roomy living areas and a good size balcony overlooking the park. Close to all facilities.

Stayed for a week. Had no problems at all. Close to all the amenities around Cairns. Easy access to head north for the day. Apartment was clean and tidy. Will certainly be using them again.

Not a bad little place. Close to things you need. Taxis didn't cost us too much to get to things a little out of walking distance. Def not 4 star though. Room needed some maintenance and cleaning. When we initially walked in it had a really horrible musty smell that we had to air out. The welcome book was extremely outdated and the kitchen was full of random bits that didnt match. Wasnt the best but certainly not the worst we have stayed in and did the job for what we needed it for!

It has got all the essential offerings for a tourist, very clean apartment and excellent customer service. It's proximity to the tourist spots makes it ideal for a stay. I would highly recommend City plaza apartments for anyone who plan to visit Cairns.

This was our second stay at City Plaza which speaks for itself. We came back as we had a great experience the first time. The apartment is spacious comfortable and clean with all the amenities and equipment you’d find in a home. The split bathroom with 2 basins is convenient and there was plenty of wardrobe space. There are fans and aircon which was fantastic as I cannot sleep in aircon. There is parking space within the grounds and the management is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments for your next stay in Cairns.

Great location, clean and big apartment with everything you need. Price wise it's right on point and it's close to the city CBD, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Cairns.

Would highly recommend and definitely stay again when back in Cairns. Apartments impeccable and really friendly owners. Pool was great and bbq with sauces/oils supplied just to make things easy! Location was great and only a short stroll to the Esplanade. We had a great stay!
