Our self-contained apartments have a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer in each apartment to give you the freedom to self-cater and do laundry in your own private apartment. Ground floor units are available; please request this on your booking enquiry form, stairs are required to access level one and two.

These apartments are just the job, they are clean, spacious and positioned just right for a few minutes walk into the esplanade and the lagoon. The new managers are friendly and helpful and are a credit to the these apartments. The rooms have everything you need including air con and free wi-fi which nobody can seem to do without these days.

We have a locally family owned business that supplies baby equipment directly to CitySider. As we are a self-contained apartment, additional supplies can be purchased from our local supermarket. International Credit Card, including union pay - a 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Yes we do.

This is a great location, just outside the CBD but still an easy walk. This means it is in a relatively quiet and relaxing spot. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed for a 6 night stay and was spotlessly clean. The tour advice and booking service by Mat, the host, was right on the money and a touch cheaper than both online and kiosk sellers. Overall a great package and great value.

Pretty nice place with decent rooms. Its about 27 years old with mould on the ceiling and cracks. I was looking at buying a unit but B/C fees are about $5500 very expensive.

I would highly recommend Citysider Holiday apartments, I stayed here with my family of four and it was great! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and neat and tidy. Matthew booked our tour and gave us some advise for the trip as well which we were so grateful for and the tour was amazing. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Cairns. Great experience, warm managers, above and beyond.
We stayed for nine days. Room was spacious, clean, well looked after. Location is great, just outside city centre. Staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and friendly. Happy to recommend. Thanks Citysider!

Our stay at Citysiders was a great success. The apartment was spacious and spotless.
The amenities were excellent. The pool was very welcome in the heat.
The staff, Matt in particular, were extremely helpful, not least when we wanted to book excursions. His knowledge of the tours helped us to make our decisions.

Very well appointed modern clean apartment. Bedrooms separate from lounge and kitchen.Comfortable beds, aircon not too noisy inside but intrusive on balcony and made it too hot to sit outside. Bathroom, toilet, laundry combined but spacious with excellent fittings. Kitchen contained everything required to cook and dine, a serrated knife would have been helpful to cut bread, tomatoes etc. Great location an easy 10 min walk to town center. Helpful, friendly staff. Great value, would recommend staying and would stay again. :-)

I had 3 amazing nights in Citysider Holiday Apartment in Cairns.
Exterior and interior was lovely, rooms are very spacious and tidy.
I booked 2 bedroom apartment and price was reasonably good and I'm very satisfied what I paid for.
White goods worked perfectly. My daughter loved the pool.
Nice coffee shop just on the corner and Cairns Central shopping centre is close to. Manager says it was about 15 minutes to walk but it was just 8 min when I went to.
I'll definitely stay every time I go to Cairns.
I find my place to stay after all staying almost every single hotel and backpackers in Cairns
