I was really excited to find a company who seemed to be renting out the exact equipment I was looking for, I told lots of my friends to look them up too. I emailed them, as their site requested for latest availability, despite the equipment page showing what I wanted as "in stock", but received no reply. I waited until late the following day and called them but the phone rang out to an answering machine apologising there were so busy right now. I left a message but didn't get a call back in two days. Busy isn't an excuse for offering no service. I bought the equipment outright in the end elsewhere
