Wikipedia defines Aerial silk (also known as aerial contortion, aerial ribbons, aerial silks, aerial tissues, fabric, ribbon, or tissu) as a type of performance in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a special fabric. Performers climb the suspended fabric without the use of safety lines, and rely only on their training and skill to ensure safety.
No experience is necessary, Your first lesson will have you learning to climb up into the hoop, building on your upper body strength, your core strength and from there you will progress to spins and tricks and combinations. The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, giving you the opportunity to execute dynamic tricks, spins and swings!
Whether it is for a hen's party, divorce party, birthday, social club event or just for a great time, our pole parties are a great way to celebrate anything. Maybe you want to do a couples night and get the guys involved. Whatever the reason, get a group of friends together, choose your party and get ready for a lot of laughs and fun.

Love the pole studio! The receptionist is so beautiful, and accomodating, I always feel so welcome and the studio is always so beautiful clean so I thought I’d try out the hoops studio and the receptionist (Kirsten?) in the other building is horrible and just shuts down any questions, it’s often dirty in that studio so I definitely wouldn’t recommend that studio but I love the pole studio, Laura, Rachel and Bree are beautiful people and make the place feel like a home

I love this studio!! Currently doing pole, silks & hoop, and every instructor I've had is amazing. Everyone , both instructors and students are warm, welcoming and encouraging. If you want to have heaps of fun go try a class! If you're not a gym person and want to increase your fitness this is the place!

Always happy always smiling best coaches/trainers its a massive family. Everybody is included. I stopped going for a little while and it felt like something was missing now I'm back and wish i had more time for more classes!!
Have highly reccomended aerial fit Narre over other studios. No other studio has ever made me feel so welcome! And I've been to most in East and south east Melbourne.

My daughter had the BEST 6th Birthday party today hosted at Aerial Fit Studio. It was a "Greatest Showman Movie" theme and her plus her friends had an amazing and fun time learning moves on the hoop and silks, some of which actually featured in the movie. Thank you so much to Annie and the Aerial Fit Studio team for making my daughter's birthday so special. Xxxx
