Fitness Attitudes is a boutique personal training service in Perth, located in Kensington (close to both Victoria Park & South Perth), designed for the discerning client. Our experienced staff provide a service tailored to your specific needs and capabilities, allowing you to develop in the privacy of a one-on-one or small group setting.

If you are looking for personal training in Perth or a personal training studio then this is the place for you. The studio have been specifically designed to put years of knowledge and experience to work in the best environment. Our experianced personal trainers will get you the results you want, No waiting around, no queuing for equipment, no fooling around, no posers, just solid one on one training with a qualified and experianced trainer.
We offer our clients a range of personal training packages, with the ability to make bulk bookings so you can benefit from great savings. Session durations are split into three optimum times from 30 minutes for an intense but quick session, to 60 minutes for a more sustained workout. Frequency ranges from once a week to three times a week for a period ranging from six weeks to twelve weeks.
Some people are happy to follow their own program in their own time and place; for those who lack the time, or the motivation, or the energy to train effectively on their own, a Personal Trainer can be the answer. The support, advice and encouragement comes with safe exercise technique to help you avoid injuries.

10/10. A brilliant small gym facility and friendly, welcoming trainers. I completed my prac hours for my Bsc. Exercise & Sport Science with (a previous PT here). I stayed on to run my practice in this facility. An interesting mix of clients, from team sport athletes and the elderly, to strength and mobility training, weight loss and body composition management. It gives off a strong community atmosphere and keeps me on my toes in providing a holistic exercise and health service. 🤸‍♀️

Been going to this gym for a few years. Zak and Shuaib are great and push you in a safe way that gets long term fitness results, rather than yo-yo weight gain and loss. Shuaib also makes some great cold pressed juice 😅🤩 highly recommend these guys!

Been training here for a few years now and won't go anywhere else. The trainers are all very professional and their healthy and practical fitness advice can help anybody achieve their fitness goals. The actual studio is comfortable and well equipped. For me, it beats training outdoors or with strangers at the gym. I thoroughly recommend Amanda, the trainer I have at the moment. Follow her program and you will get results.

My friends bought me a gift voucher for my fortieth from this place, i was diagnosed with type 1 daibetes and had high blood pressure. I had never been to a gym or lefted any weights before. with the help of my trainer i have managed to lose 13 kilos in 7 months and i am not daibetic anymore. i still have high blood pressure but i think that runs in my family.
i would have never been able to achieve what i have here if i had just joined a gym. After six months of training with a personal trainer twice a week and doing light cardio on my own twice a week, i joined a gym and i am confident enough
