Speaking as a tennant that rented through Matthew Realestate. Everyone on their team are so lovely and so easy to talk to. They respond in a timely mannor and handle maintence issues quickly. They were very reasonable with us in our exit report and apartment cleaning. They do not try to scam you with dodgy realeststate tactics as I have been a victim of by other companies as a tennant. Definitely highly recommend renting through them.

If you are looking for one of the best, friendly and fair real estate around Moorooka area, then I strongly recommend Matthews Real Estate.
We were looking for a house in that area for almost 2 years and a bit disappointed to find it as we were priced out, but Russell was a man made it possible for us to purchase our first house by 2022 new year.

After living in the same rental property for 19 years that had just sold to a developer, I was in a situation where I was having to look for a new home.
