I have been renting with Your Haven for two years now, and have found them to excel in every aspect. Requests are responded to promptly, any problems are handeled professionaly, and communication is always a pleasure. With other companies you can tend to feel like simply an address and file, but I feel incredibly well looked after with Your Haven. I would give Nick and the team 6/5 if I could.

Caring for property can be a nightmare. We have so appreciated Nick's reliable hard work on our behalf. His advice is sound and we have valued his input into handling less considerate tenants. We trust him. Dealing with maintenance issues has been good and fairly priced.
Admin is efficient and clear: a real contrast to an earlier agent. We also enjoy keeping in touch. Can't say fairer than that! He's a great guy.

Nick was of a great assistance with our most recent purchase. Being from out of town our opportunity for an inspection were limited but Nick worked with us to allow it to happen. Also when making an offer Nick kept us up to date with how we were going, understanding the owner was overseas. The end result for us was a trouble free process. Happy to recommend Nick.

From the moment I met Nick at my current rental property for inspection, I knew he was professional and friendly. He processed my application quickly and I moved in shortly after.
