Rod Hewitt was great ! He helped us find a new commercial property and helped massage the deal through. We have had terrible experiences with other Commercial agents who forget that they should be even handed and remember that the Landlord is only half the equation.
Rod is EXTREMELY knowledgable and suggested some great options which worked BETTER for us & the LL.

As a customer of King & Co, leasing out two premises for our company Mobile Mattress Group. I would like to share my experience, BEWARE!!! Words cannot describe how appalling the overall experience/service is from management down to the Landlords. - It has been deemed an absolute nightmare by more then 8 of our staff members, we have been bullied, neglected and have a landlord "James Byrne" that continuously hangs up on our staff after not returning any emails or any correspondence. Such as water damage on the building causing damage to our equipment, insurance claims, property/garden maintenance
