Been renting through ReMax Colonial since December 2019 till present and both myself and my housemate are very pleased with our Property manager. They’re very professional and attentive to any maintenance that’s required, nothing is a problem. If we could give them a higher rating, we would rate them 10/10.

All the other reviews about RE/Max's inaction towards their criminal tenants are all true. All the disadvantaged tenants should get in touch with each others and file a lawsuit against RE/MAX. They take these criminal renters under their wings and bed and aid them. Whether you're a drug dealer, a drug lab, a full-on addict or a domestic violence offender. They seem to protect these law breakers and leave those of us affected by their criminal renters in danger, tears, and burdened financially by having to break our leases or eventually pack up and leave to a better place. I now work for RE/MAX as I was so impressed with their amazing reputation and service over the 6 years I have known the team members and the owner, Colin. I also have my rental property managed by the business and they have always looked after it as if it was their own. I know that a review from an employee is probably not an endorsement you would usually take; however, a business which was so wonderful that I was enticed to want to work for them should speak volumes! I love this amazing team :)

This is an excetionally unprofessional real estate agency. We have a lot of investment properties and have used many property managers in brisbane, and this is by far the worst. Staff are unreliable, do not communicate and care only to take your money. Before considering this agent, BEWARE and please read other reviews on the web as this practice is not worth the effort.
