Accommodations Report

All apartments are individually furnished, so styles will vary from apartment to apartment. Our one bedroom apartments are specially suited to couples and most provide a separate bedroom, bathroom and laundry, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The lounge/dining room opens on to a north east facing balcony or outdoor area, ideal for a relaxing breakfast.

Activities Report

If you prefer to relax, explore the waterways, rivers and canals right in the heart of the coast. There are a number of charter and cruise companies visiting the Everglades, dolphin spotting as well as lunch and dinner cruises. One of the friendliest Bowls Clubs on the coast is right at our doorstep on the Maroochy River.

Pretty ordinary all round, room was dirty, empty Pepsi can in cupboard along with red wine stains, drink stains on benches and tables, not very well set up at all, no oven, not enough chairs etc. bed totally uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to leave - overcharged upon arrival, pretty disappointed, will never even think of staying there again and will never recommend. $1800 for the week - what a joke

Excellent location, right in the heart of Cotton Tree.
Modest decor and furnishings; COVID-19 has obviously put the breaks on renovating the place.
If you want to indulge in enjoyable recollections of the late 1990’s decor, you have a great opportunity if you stay here.
It is a quiet location, only because the occupancy % was low.
Cafes and the beach really close.
There are Sunday markets down the road, they were interesting and plenty of souvenirs to take home 🏡

Self contained units, 5 floors, Air-Con, level 2 up, would give you better views of the beach, close to all amenities. The only thing we found was parking our large ute was rather difficult.

I enjoyed my stay in a very nice, comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The location is excellent. The managers are lovely hospitable folks that look after their guests, which adds to an overall great experience. I ended up staying longer than intended. Thank you Karen & Shane.

The stay was ok, the room was quiet and had privacy. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and fairly small for 2 adults. We almost left after the first night due to lack of sleep. I'd recommend the property to get softer beds or have an optional topper. There is no fan in the unit, so when the wind dies down, it gets hot and the aircon needs to be turned on. I'm a little disappointed with how much we spent to stay with the quality of the room. The pros, the place is close to cotton tree, parks and facilities. There are plenty of places to eat near by and it's walking distance from the surf club

Absolutely disgusted in the service that was provided on mine and my friend’s one night stay. My friend ended up getting charged almost triple the amount for a one night stay which came out in separate transactions. When calling up to discuss this we were hung up on. The room was also filthy and the floors were covered with dirt which was uncomfortable. We were also provided with ONE tiny hand soap to wash our hands AND wash ourselves with which in a pandemic is extremely unacceptable. So sad that I couldn’t enjoy my birthday to it’s full extent because of these people. If I can suggest one

Great location. Close to shops, beach and river. Secure under cover parking. Older building but very clean and tidy. Karen at reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with everything you need. Only downside was the bed was a bit hard and the bedroom curtains did not seem to keep the room dark with the outside passage walkway lighting very bright and they kept coming on throughout the night.

The location to the beach and amenities is perfect, but the facilities within the room were minimal and not very clean. A room for two only really accommodated for one, and found laundry items in washing machine. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with requests. The parking facilities are very well located and secure.

I have stayed in apartment number 8 numerous times and always go back. It's opposite the beach, or indoor pool if it's chilly. The complex also has a pool which is fantastic. The two bedrooms are set out so they both have a bathroom and their own privacy. It has absolutely everything you need for a short or long term stay. The main bedroom has a brand new bed that ensures a peaceful night. A well equipment kitchen and lounge room plus a washing machine and dryer in the main bathroom.
Downstairs there are numerous restaurants and cafes with excellent food and coffee.
There is both a surf beach
