You'll find us nestled in a tropical setting and only 50 metres to Alexandra Headland Surf Patrolled beach and Surf Club - one of the most amazing surf beaches on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
We have 27 fully self contained units, all very spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation. Our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom holiday units all have Foxtel, WiFi is available, most apartments have 2 bathrooms and our 1st and 2nd level units have balconies with either ocean views or overlook our sparkling pool and tropical gardens.

Headland Gardens is perfectly situated close to everything you could need to make your stay with us perfect. 10 minutes walk to Mooloolaba for wonderful al fresco dining and nightlife, or a 5 minute drive to a major shopping centre, 3 minute walk to Alexandra Headland Surf Club, and the best of all, only a 1 minute walk to the amazing Alexandra Headland Surf Breaks and family safe patrolled beach.

How's the form on this 'establishment'. Who do you think you are? I send an email politely asking about vacancies as your sign which said vacancy was misleading. I expected a reply email, but not a blunt very inhospitable one. To which I told them their customer service skills were pathetic and id be leaving a review about it. Which lets face it is legal. I have now been black listed I found out when trying to book. I will be contacting the ombudsman, I'll be peppering your site with reviews. I will be turning every person I see towards the other fantastic businesses in Alex. I can't imagine how

Stayed here with my family about a week ago. The manager is lovely and very friendly and accomodating. Our unit was #17 with 2 bedrooms. It was adequate accomodation. We had to do a bit of cleaning to bring it up to our personal requirements. The bathroom vents and air conditioner filters were filthy. The floor wasn't freshly mopped before our stay but maybe I'm being picky. The frypan was dirty and the kitchen appliances and utensils need upgrading. In these days of Covid I would expect more.

Stayed 7 nights in unit 3 which is in need of some new white goods such as oven/cooktop, TV and kitchen utensils. Fortunately for us, Craig, the manager was Super helpful and even lent us his own decent size saucepan so I could cook a meal for the teen kids. Upshot: unit 3 needs some TLC from its owner but Craig's customer care and service made up for this. Nice pool and hot tub. Sauna is good too. Will stay again.

We just stayed here for 5 nights (Room 17) and had a fantastic time. Rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. My 9yr old son loved the games room(actually so did my 27yr old son) 😂 … Management was very helpful and the apartment complex was very quiet, we had such a relaxing time. Only thing I could ask for(as it's not a complaint) is to have steak knives as we found it hard sometimes to cut our food. Lol. Other than that we were extremely happy and will definitely be back.

Pro: Quaint and quiet. Nice pool. Best suited for no fuss families. The manager is friendly and approachable. We had a great stay, but only due to the nice amenities in the greater area.
Cons: Every room is hit and miss. Some have brand new furniture, some have air con, some are dark and gloomy. Most are functional and just adequate with no air con and encourage you to not be in the room during the day, a plus I guess. One of the reasons for the one star is value for money. I think this is horrendously overpriced compared to other options, literally on the same street, or even on better streets

We had an amazing two weeks here. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated having air conditioning and full laundry facilities. Craig does a fantastic job and is always around meaning that the quiet times were adhered too and hours for using the pool etc. You really got a good nights sleep as it was incredibly quiet. Thanks again we will be back.

The rooms looked clean and inviting at first however after a while noticed our feet were black from the tiled floors, ants everywhere - found had not been sprayed since 2013, no air-conditioning, no air flow despite all windows open and fans on full speed, washing machine stuck on various cycles was old and very noisy, the oven did not work,… microwave was old and only worked on one mode, the dryer did not work was old and door fell off, the sheets were gritty with sand, the fan in the main bedroom made noises as so hot so needed top speed, all appliances old and cheap, the bathroom plumbing

We are enyoing ur stay here at Headland Gardens. The Staff members are very friendly and offer their help where they can. The accommodation itself is located in a quiet corner of Alexandra Headland. The beach is reachable within 5 Minutes. So 5 of 5 for the Location. The room is equipped with everything u need for a longer holiday. Some stuff like the matress or the bathroom facilities are a bit older, but still ok. The room provides enough space for all things we need. What we like about this spot is the balcony and the pool in the garden.

Had all the amenities, and was close to the beach. Great service from the manager. Our apartment had air conditioning.
Rooms were clean and well-presented.
Only complaint is that the beds could have been a little comfier, but that's pretty subjective - mattress was firmer than I personally prefer. Still slept fine though. :)

What can I say about Headland Gardens - absolutely fabulous, GR8 manager thank you Craig. Close to everything, beaches, shops & restaurants. You can walk to all or just a short drive for those choosing to do so. Our room no.4 was on Gr Fl beside the pool. 2 Brm with Queen and 2 singles, spacious living there were 4 adults in our party. Secure parking. Summer breezes & aircon which we did not need - used fans only. We will be back. Absolutely fabulous. Thanks again Craig. Neil, Denise, Anne & David

We stayed at these apartments for 2 nights recently. Craig was very friendly and helpful when I booked and also in making arrangements for us to pick up the key out of hours. I asked him when we booked whether the apartments were quiet because my daughter was travelling for sport and needed to sleep. He assured us it was quiet. Unfortunately,… the apartment was absolutely boiling hot, there is no air conditioning and it was the noisiest place we have ever stayed (and we travel a lot). Craig did try to quieten the noisy neighbours but there were others in an apartment next door who partied
