Both our premium and deluxe apartments have everything you need for an enjoyable stay at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Take the Mooloolaba turnoff onto the Sunshine Motorway. At Mooloolaba exit, take the left lane to Maroochydore. Take the next exit to Alexandra Headlands/Mooloolaba. Turn right at the traffic lights (top of hill) onto Mooloolaba Road. Follow Mooloolaba Road and turn left when you reach the traffic lights at Alexandra Parade.
Maroochydore - the geographic centre of the Sunshine Coast, provides an eclectic mix of activities. The beaches are ideal for the surfing fanatic, whilst the calm waters of the Maroochy River invites fishermen to enjoy all its glory. Langley Park is the ideal central base for exploring the Sunshine Coast's attractions by car, coach or public transport.

Terrible experience overall, mike the receptionist and manger was welcoming at first but completely ignored our ask for money back once we were greeted with the disgusting conditions our apartment was in. The… sheets had bodily stains on them and when we asked for new sheets the “ new clean sheets” had a blood stain on them. The apartment was INFESTED with mould. The walls had marks and even holes in them. We ended up leaving early due to the conditions being so bad. We never heard back from Langley apartments when we asked for our money back. Booked accommodation in advance December 2020 for July 2021 for State age Netball (School holidays) directly with Mike (owner) It was pay on arrival however I paid majority before hand then two weeks before our stay Mike calls and cancels my booking. Therfore I would not recommend very unreliable leaving my family of 4 without accommodation as everywhere else is fully booked out Or a High $2000+.🚫⭐👎

He went far beyond his duty to assist one of my clients for whom "The process of booking a room" for a holiday break was part of their treatment of recovery. Our main issue with Langley appartments was the lack of cleanliness. We stayed in unit 10, floor 4. Bins not emptied (and stunk), mould on shower tiles, bench tops, tables and m/w needed a good wipe down, dust on fan blades. They need to fire their cleaner!
Main bedroom needs a/c, as the lounge one isn’t powerful enough to keep the westerly bedroom cool. Internet kept dropping out and had to reconnect a lot. The car park was a bit tight and a 2m max height clearance. Only 1 lift, but it worked quick and well
On the positive side, the pool had sun most of the day, so was nice, check-in with

No phone and we needed to call an Ambulance. Lucky we had mobiles. Welcome letter stated phone in apartment...there wasn’t.
Light bulbs blown and not replaced.
Apartment tired and very filthy.
Manager Mike greeted us on first day and then was unavailable for the rest of our stay. Totally ignored by this bloke.
Would I stay here again. Only if the place was clean...and only if Mike wasn’t the manager.

Great location and view from the balcony. Lounge room / dining in apartment 13 was nice. Bedrooms nice but need to update the wardrobes as draws in wardrobe broken. Bathrooms are very 1988 tile and vanity same with the shower. They really do need updating as soon as possible. If these things were done they honestly could rent for me. Still enjoyed our holiday and staff were friendly and pool was great.

We chose this place due to price and location. We knew it was only basic and we were fine with that as that's all we wanted. We were on floor 9. Ocean views were great accommodation was mostly clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was really good. Downfalls were our shower drain was blocked which was annoying and there's was an old smell in our apartment. The halls need a revamp too. Would come back.

Wonderful!!! We were made to feel really welcome The apartment was really good they are very well looked after really comfortable home like😊The manager is lovely warm hearted and clearly enjoyed her job😊 The locals in this town are so happy everyone is really pleasant 😊 Honestly it is one the happiest places I have ever been to.. Go there and stay at these apartments you will come away feeling really really happy 😊
