Found this Hidden Gem on a whim. Beyond happy with TS Computers. Amazing value!!! I couldn't stress enough how much money I saved.
They diagnosed and fixed my MacBook so quick and cooperated with my request, absolutely exceeding my expectations.
I was allowed to pick up my laptop after hours which really helped so I couldn't be happier. 100% recommend!

$310 for a what ended up being a factory reset on my laptop. Could have done that myself. didn't recover anything. After telling me it was ready for pick up at 12 they were and unavailable for me to pick it up till 2. Customer service was lacklustre, didn't call when they said they would.
also insisted I pay in cash, as their eftpos machine apparently broke.
Edit: they called within 35min of leaving this review. Makes me think the claims of harassment for 1 star reviewers is true. blocked them.
Edit 2: Got a suspicious call from no caller ID 5 min later.😂

Had a battery issue with my Razer Blade had it fixed within a week and they fixed a touchpad issue as well for free. Couldn't recommend more for a great price and great service. If you live in Brisbane and have a problem with your computer come here.

Went there to get my Macbook fixed for water damage and the service and repair time was great. This place was cheaper than other shops i had visited. Overall, a very fast response time, great service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable repair.

I have had such an amazing experience with TS Computers, They answered my enquiry so quickly and was able to diagnose my MacBook problem within 1 day! They are the cheapest store I have found to fix my MacBook and have been so amazing throughout the whole time even when I got my MacBook back! 5 STARS!!
