They have all the necessary diagnostic equipment, genuine parts and excellent service at competitive prices. When my last two new Mercedes cars ran out of free service from the dealer I went straight to German Auto Haus and have experienced service equal to or superior to that offered by the dealership at better prices. I don’t need the white lab coats and glossy facilities.

Can not recommend these guys enough! After receiving a $4000 + quote for work on my Golf, Andreas was able to able fix the issue for half the cost without needing to complete the additional $2000 worth of work the first (dodgy) mechanic tried to quote me for. Also provided me a courtesy
car when I needed it for work. Honest, super lovely and my car came back sparkling clean inside and out. Fabulous service. Thank you Andreas and Nella!!

Very helpful. When I had concerns with my Audi, he was very helpful to diagnosis and provide advise to help solve the issue. As I had warranty with my dealer I didn’t get my car fixed here, but it was a spot on diagnostic which Audi dealer couldn’t even find what it was wrong when I brought my car back. Thank you for your assistance, my car is now back to the condition it should be.
