Worst food I have ever had in Melbourne, in simple words 'PATHETIC'! I had to literally throw all the food in dustbin! STATUTORY WARNING ⚠️ If this is the only option available on Uber eats in the midnight or any other time**, please guys just sleep without eating anything, that would at least prevent you from having GASTRITIS!!

I ordered onion bhaji from uber eats and when i saw that i thought it was a wrong order so i called them and i was more surprised to hear the answer "this is how we make onion bhaji ". It says 4 pieces on the menu and I tried to explain them that it doesn't look like 4 pieces as it was spread throughout the plate. The answer was 'that's how we make onion bhaji'. So, I was fooled by the picture in the menu online, how they showed it and what I received was completely different. I would not recommend onion bhaji from this restaurant.

We order take away often from Kantipur. It's fabulous.
The eggplant from the tandoori is just the best. Creamy, spicy and delicious! Best vegetarian option on the menu. The aloo gobi is also good
Last time we ordered we had the prawn masala and it was very good. Nice balance of spices and a good amount of veg. And loads of prawns which seems to be a rarity these days!
The naan is also very good, and nearly as good as naan I've had in India. Yum yum.
Every time we get take away we say we should go in to eat! But in the meantime, we will absolutely keep ordering. It's so good

Kantipur is my go-to restaurant in this part of Caulfield. I really couldn't pick a favorite item off the menu, but am yet to be disappointed after multiple visits over the years, and the decor is intimate and lovely. The servers are attentive without hovering, and they enjoy their job and it shows. Reasonable selection of beer and wine as well.
