Services
A "fee for service" clinic, it was established by principal partners, Dr Robert G. Padanyi and Dr Peijian (Peggy) Zeng. Appointments can be made either by telephone, online or in person. In the case of urgent/emergency attention inform the receptionist of the situation and she will make every effort to help you be seen as soon as possible.
At Medical Centre 291, we offer a range of allied health services, assisting us to provide you with a more holistic approach to your health care. Dr Dunne has worked as a paediatrician and family doctor in Werribee since 1987. He graduated from the University of Melbourne, and did his paediatric training at the Royal Children's Hospital.
Medical Centre 291 is a fee for service medical centre. This means that for each visit, consultation fees are due on the day of your visit and are payable by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. Increased after hours consultation fees apply after 1pm on Saturdays. Please be aware that we will always endeavor to inform patients of any upcoming changes to our fees.
Dr Peijian (Peggy) Zeng, is an accredited antenatal care provider who has shared care rights with both the Royal Women's Hospital and the Western Hospital, Sunshine. If you would like more information or to make an appointment with Dr Zeng for antenatal care, please call 9742 7988.

At Medical Centre 291, we have professional sessional rooms as well as a large seminar room available for rent. Our sessional rooms are available for hire by both specialists and allied health professionals. As each room varies slightly in layout, you can request to view these rooms to determine if they are suitable to your needs.

Dr Kwong is one of the best doctors I've ever come across. He communicates really well and will give you everyday tips to remain healthy. In my experience he has never prescribed unnecessary medication and will always go through logical, structured treatment and get you on the path to recovery

I see Dr. Kwong for some time now and he is amazing (5 Stars). The staff however, especially the young lady today 03.09.2019, is unprofessional and rude. Once I finished, paid and was waiting for my Medicare rebate which I need to mention to her she told me I have to do it myself and left it with that. Very unprofessional

I was referred by my group of friends in the western suburbs and they told me Dr Alan Kwong is the best doctor they have ever seen! My dad was reluctant to see doctors even he was very sick but I brought him to see Dr Kwong and he absolutely changed his mind after visiting him. There are all friendly staff in the clinic and I can't find any arrogant doctors so far. Dr Kwong diagnosed us and provided us with a very detailed explaination. My dad is very comfortable to speak to him on his issues so he has now become our doctor for the whole family! Thanks to all the dedicated staff at the clinic.

This is a great practice if you have small children, they bulk bill for kids. For regular patients if there are no appointments available and it is an emergency they will squeeze your child in if possible - this is the greatest thing your doctor can do for you as a mother. The kids love the stickers at the end of the appointment also and will see no one other than Dr Allan Kwong!
Im not sure what the other reviewer is talking about - toilet facilities are available and have been for the past 3 years i've been attending the centre. They are disability access toilets and have a change table available

Rude staff, arrogant Dr's, no facilities inside. No Airconditioning. No toilets. This is the worst medical center i have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Staff spend all of their time arguing who is going to what. There is no order. I dont know why people make appointments when Dr just comes out, thumbs through files and takes the ones he likes. If you question any of the Dr's there they just tell you to get out. If you want more information or something doesnt sound right, just leave. Had to wait 6 weeks to get in to see a specalist, he had the wrong file for my child and blamed me and yelled
