These are beautiful apartments. They are situated right on the beach, are clean, and offer facilities, such as an indoor and outdoor heated pool, and a full size, flood lit tennis court. Just a short stroll to the town of Burleigh. Yet again we had a wonderful stay at 2nd Avenue. The room was great and well equipped and the kids love being up so high and as usual we had a fantastic view.

Large apartment on the 7th floor (Executive Two-Bedroom Apartment) with air con in the living space and main bedroom only. Did lack items that you would expect like products in the kitchen - no hand soap, frypan and teas/coffees available. Shampoo was low quality for âexecutiveâ standard and the aircon in living room made a bad noise every time you used it. Great location and easy walking distance from main Burleigh spots.

Unfortunately we stayed here and the room was filthy! We paid extra (2 people) to get a 2 bedroom executive apartment so we would be on a higher level with a better view and a spa bath. Itâs not a 5 star hotel, but the room we were booked into hadnât seemed to had a thorough clean in a long time. Management were nice about it and showed us another room with was much cleaner, however on level 4 (vs 24). Alternatively offered for housekeeping to come the next day. This whole experience was so disappointing as there was nothing âexecutiveâ about either rooms. There was a smart tv and ps3 however

Disappointing. Paid extra for an Executive Room and was not of good standard. The smell on entry was musty and not pleasant . Floors , mirror, crockery were dirty, the couch was old and smelt terrible. Marks on walls were bad . Cleanliness was terrible. Half of Pool area roped off so couldnât go there as not enough shade. Wont stay here again.

Booked a 2bd apartment, seemed to be recently renovated and well appointed. Views were amazing and an easy walk to main part of Burleigh without being so close as to be disturbed by the nightlife.
Stayed with a young family, there's a playground right across the road next to the beach, incredible. If needing to stay near Burleigh again, wouldn't hesitate to book this place.

The views and location are absolutely outstanding. However, the condiments are seriously lacking and the apartment was a bit dated for the price we paid. The customer service was terrible (apart from the gorgeous girl from Tasmania). The lady on the front desk who I assume is the manager is incredibly rude.

Weâve been coming to 2nd ave apartments for many years now and this year we are quite disappointed. Weâve always paid extra for an executive unit and always stayed on 19 or above. This year weâve been placed on level 16 and the unit is dreadful. It was Dirty, dusty & old bathrooms not renovated, the carpets need replacing or cleaning....... Our friends who we holiday with at the same time every year are on level 21 with beautiful newly renovated bathrooms. So much nicer than ours. I really look forward to our stay here each year but will be looking elsewhere next year.

Views are great from the balcony but the quality of room and front desk service was sorely lacking. There was no milk for tea or coffee, and this was a first for me. I've stayed in many serviced apartments & they typically provide the basics for atleast the first day. Also, the room was dirty and there was a huge cockroach in the bedroom! Told the woman at reception and she really couldn't care less...told us we could go to the grocery store and buy some bug spray if the roaches bothered us so much! Then the cleaning lady walked in on us BEFORE check out time on the last day, she said the front
