Mermaid Beach Park View is just over an hour by road from Brisbane Airport and minutes from Gold Coast Airport and very well located. In fact, between Runaway Bay to the north (and the Theme Parks) and Tweed Heads to the south, it lies at the very centre of the Gold Coast. Park view is so quiet and nice for someone relaxing time.Even though it’s not as new ,modern as high rises in broad beach,also some outdated facilities,but the good maintenance and cleaning of the place,helpful services of the management made us still felt satisfying with the stay.
would come back again.

We planned on staying for 4 weeks and ended up staying for 9 months in different apartment of the complex. All of them were great. We will definitely come back. It’s close to everything, the management is great and everything is supplied for everyday life. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The room was big and newly renovated so everything was clean and roomy and the staff were very friendly. In a convenient location and very short walk to beach. Great value for money - it was much more than we expected.

I spent 3 nights there in Feb and it was nice. The room was clean and staff were efficient - I accidentally broke one bed lamp bulb and they fixed it soon. I paid for the new bulb which was fair enough for me. The small pool was a bonus. I would like to be back again.

I booked a room for 3 people and was left 2 sets of (dirty) cutlery. I asked for another set and was told I’ll have to pay extra for another set even though I booked the room for 3 people. Since they have a pool, I thought I’d ask for a pool towel but you guessed it: it’ll cost me $2 a day. I’ve stayed at 2 star motels that have given complimentary towels and amenities. Of course we were given ONE toilet roll for 3 people for 4 nights and had to pay for more. Rooms are dated and I’d never go back.

Overall nice location and room. However, I do not think it should be rated as 4 star accommodation. The bed was saggy and partly touching the floor. The apartment needed cleaning, it was dirty and dusty in places. The room was equipped with the very basics and any extras had to be paid for. We were supplied with one towel each and extra fees are charged if another towel is needed for the pool. The dryer was faulty and overheated and cut out the staff member I told wasn't surprised. Too many rules and reminder notices in the apartment. It made me feel like I was a child again.

Stayed at Mermaid Beach Park View for 2 nights starting from August 29th. And my, i couldn't be happier! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and approachable. Mermaid beach was literally 2 minutes walk from the location, my friend and I had a blast swimming in the open sea while enjoying the magnificent scenery. Would highly recommend staying at this place!

Fantastic place to stay. Situated perfectly, close to the beach, entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and parks. Being so close to public transport is handy and with the new tram system opening soon the travel possibilities are endless. The rooms are clean, tidy and have modern furnishings throughout. A lovely outdoor area with pool, spa, sauna and bbqs too. The on-site managers Terry and Trisha we friendly and helpful. The perfect place to stay on the Gold Coast!
