Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially the 'property manager' Kat. The apartments are dirty, they have no regard for tenants and will take you for a fool. The mouldiest place I've ever lived, you will get sick in this building, it's a health hazard and should be shut down. I think the RTA is kept afloat by all the court cases against this company, happy rentals people.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Had to take them to the RTA who ruled in our favor but was still a hassle. The communication between Kat the “property manager” was friendly to begin with but as soon as we started noticing problems and reporting them it quickly became sour and we were met with unprofessionalism and utter disrespect. Here is a list of the problems that occurred and were never addressed. Just WARNING any fellow newcomers to the area to avoid the Chancellor at all costs, they will try to scam you, take your money, and dare you to take them to court as that’s Kat’s

Handy location to the university and the room had a lot of facilities. Lovely outlook to the pool area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit run down and the bathroom smells strongly of mould. Some of the maintenance issues make you wonder what happened and what's the story behind them...
