Room was very compact. Air con is not great. The telecom in the room was not working, I had to call reception from my mobile. We had a baby cot and paid for it on per night basis but no linens were provided with it and we were handed the cot at the reception, when we checked in. We had to set it up ourselves. Normally every hotels has 2 pillows for each person. Either on the bed or in the wardrobe but they didn’t. Bed wasn’t comfy, too soft and it was two single bed joined together which made it worse. Thankfully we stayed one night and then we moved to Surfers

My fiance, little bubba and I stayed two nights at this hotel. The room was decent size but very quickly we noticed how dirty the floors were and at night noticed and killed multiple cockroaches. The staff were nice and offered to come have a look however due to our bubba being asleep a few times in the moments they wanted to look it just didn't work out. The location is great being so close to the beach and local shopping and dining precincts. For the price however and overall quality of the hotel I wouldn't come back or stay here again.

Where do I start?
I walk into the lift and all I can smell are mothballs and pee.
I walk into my room and I notice the room has a damp and musty smell. Carpet is semi-clean, just a rough vacuum - not too over the top. Marks all over the walls and doors, very outdated and needs to be renovated.
Bathroom door doesn’t close properly - issue with the door handle, bed room light has blown and hasn’t been replaced but at least the air con works. Bathroom is mouldy and paint is peeling near the shower tiles.
Sliding door to balcony has not been cleaned in some time, covered in hand marks and God

I stayed 8-10Dec. Was there for anniversary. Tried to get Room on 7,8,12or14 floor as they related to anniversary. Think stayed in 1304?I'm the (Hot Stuff)hahah with 4 fingers.
Had a lovely time with you. Only thing was louver doors needed dusting.
Andrea was a wonderful help, I mostly dealt with Andrea.

The room smelt mouldy, and was quite dirty. There wasn’t a clean blanket on the bed just a stained or dirty one in the dusty cupboard. I was very unlucky to sustain an injury from a broken chair on the balcony. The hotel concierge didn’t offer any genuine apology which was the worst part of my stay. They made it seem like they did me a favour by not charging me for the broken chair. Very sad.

Not a great start to our stay when we were met with the night manager on check-in. We had to ring 3 times for him to come out, waiting almost 30 minutes at 10.30pm at night. We had called in advance to let the staff know we would be arriving between 10 and 11 however we just seemed like a massive inconvenience.
There is very limited parking on site which is disappointing so don't bet on getting a park with your room on check-in. We had to park far down the street and lug our suitcases all the way back to the hotel.
The room was fine however quite outdated and dark. Tried to use the ironing board

This is not a hotel! It is not! This place lives in a grey area below hotels, just above being a backpacker.
The rooms are small, dark, the showers were early unusable for a tall person. Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall an experience that reminded me why hotels sometimes cost what they cost.
1 star for cleaning, it was clean so that's good!

On check-in I was In formed I had to pay a bond of $200 before I was to receive my room key. I informed the lady the room was fully paid for online by my co friend. I paid the $200 asking when would it go back into my account she informed me on check out or 3 days it now been over a week... Also this was not mentioned on the booking that a bond of $200 was required. Also the room was not clean at all Hair all behind the bathroom door, no blanket on the bed an old dirty blanket in the cupboard with hair on it and never seen water . Will definitely not be returning.

We arrived about 2 hours before our scheduled check in and after a rather curt response from the reception she advised us that if we came back in about half an hour our room would be ready and she was then very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool area pleasant. Overall our experience was positive.
