Please phone 5547 0222 for an appointment. Reception will make every effort to ensure you have the opportunity to request your regular doctor of choice. A standard consultation is for a 15 minute appointment. Longer appointments are available if you have several issues or a complex concern to discuss with your doctor.
Please let us know when making the appointment. This assists with wait times for all patients. Emergencies will always be given priority. If you require urgent medical care after hours, the practice phones are diverted to National Home Doctor Service who arrange for a doctor to visit you in your home.

Like all good dermatologists and skin specialists in Australia, we use dermoscope to evaluate pigmented lesions in order to distinguish malignant skin lesions, such as melanoma and pigmented basal cell carcinoma, from benign melanocytic naevi and seborrhoeic keratoses. We rely on thorough examination with a dermatoscope and years of experience to diagnose our findings.

Great family practice, me and my family have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and never had an issue, the clinic had been referred to us by a few friends, because of having previous issues with another practice, it was the best decision we have made and I don't see us changing clinic's ever.. We travel out of the local area because of moving this year, because we love this practice so much the staff are polite and accommodating, the practice is always filled with smiley faces. We see Dr Raj mainly and he is such a fantastic Dr he not only gives you great medical advise he works out

Over medical practices demanding we come early to appointments only to be left sitting for an hour.
When your appointment is at 9am there is no excuse to be three patients behind when only been open for an hour.
Highly rude to assume patients don't have life's and meetings to go to and would appreciate the same professionalism and time management in return.
I understand there is always unforseen circumstances but please don't make appointments you know full well you can not fill.
After reading recent reviews it's obvious your staff follow procedure without consideration for reality.

Whilst the doctors at this clinic are amazing , the reception staff are seriously lacking. It is quite disappointing as my family love the doctors here however every phone call made to make an appointment is met with complete rudeness. On one occasion being told our toddler could not see a doctor the next day and we need to be more organised as the doctors have shortened their days to which I responded we totally understand that however do not need to be rude to me how am I supposed to be 'more organised' when my not even 2 year old starts to throw up and vomit and cant get in to see a doctor for

I will not tolerate being spoken to like i am nothing. I asked politely if I could get my vaccination history sent over to another medical centre and all of a sudden it was a big deal to Rina! I'm sorry, but iIf you can't deal with getting asked questions and being asked to do a simple task, I suggest you shouldn't be working at the front desk. Don't recommend this centre at all.
