Beginners have two options: start with our 6 Week Absolute Beginners Course or take the $49 Intro Offer for 30 Days and attend any class on the schedule. See What's On for course start dates. All our other classes are Open Level classes. Our teachers are skilled in teaching beginners to advanced students.

No refunds, extensions or transfers available on any Introductory Offer, Casual or Class Pass purchase. All Class Passes have a strict expiry date and we appreciate you honouring this when making your purchase.
We undertake rigorous training programs and continue to deepen our knowledge under the guidance of the best teachers in the world. We're influenced by a range of styles and each of us has a unique way of expression. What we do share is a commitment to living with a healthy body, a vibrant mind and an open heart.
You can find us at the studio before and after classes. The front door is locked during classes and teachers are unable to stop teaching to handle enquiries so call 0404 876 820 with any questions. Please respect the other business in our complex by sticking to Unit 1's parking bays for all daytime classes, especially 9.30am.

This yoga studio shares transphobic speech and ideology as demonstrated by the owner. As well as sharing transphobic views, the owner is also anti-mask, anti-vax and has actively participated in COVID related protests in Sydney this year.
I would not consider this studio safe for LGBTQI+ individuals.

The studio is warm, embracing and tranquil. The instructors are equally warm, inviting and professional. For many years, I went to yoga studios in the inner city - I was so relieved and amazed that we have quality like Illuminate in my own hood. Can’t wait to get back to the studio.

The most AMAZING studio I have ever been to. Each teacher takes the time, shows care and gives so much attention to each student. I love that the classes contain variety & so many differing options to suit all levels, nothing is impossible and I feel like I achieve and gain something from every single class.

Illuminate Yoga truly is the best yoga studio around. Educated and caring teachers, a relaxed and friendly environment, reasonable prices and a truly one stop shop for every aspect in your life. My partner and I have always enjoyed coming home to Illuminate Yoga to practice and reconnect. We have also loved sharing both pregnancies through pre natal and the mums and bubs classes with Amanda and crew. We would not go anywhere else.... now could you please come and set up another illuminate Yoga studio close to Gregory Hills........

Great vibes whenever I come to this studio. The classes are challenging for a casual like myself but they always leave me feeling better and more free. Teachers are great and consistently share different variations in poses to either make them harder or easier which goes a long way. Really high quality Yoga studio!

Two years ago I was looking for the yoga place to practice my mental, physical and specially for the mobility as I’m a CrossFiter until I found the Illuminate is an amazing studio with friendly, lovely instructors. I started learning at the beginners class with Ivy year ago she was lovely 😊. Now I’m at the progressive class every Saturday morning with Maceo he’s absolutely amazing instructor, he’s so helpful during I was injured! And very professional! I'm highly recommended if you are looking for the yoga studio in this area!!

Have been to a few yoga studios in the last couple of years! Illuminate Yoga is definitely an amazing one - it has a lovely space and fantastic instructors! The instructors have always been supportive! My only issue is the fact that I haven't been able to get there as much as I would like (due to my own time)!
