At Zen Om Yoga Studio, we preach and practice Japanese Yoga, a dynamic and therapeutic type of Yoga which flows with the seasons. Our love, passion and experience of yoga, advanced practice, along with the intention to spread wellness through the medium of Yoga has kept us going strong since several years.

Our private yoga studio in Western Sydney offers you welcoming energy, free from judgement so as to make you feel completely at ease. You may come in your favourite tracksuit, loungewear, yoga gear or gym gear. The choice is yours. Join us as a yoga-newbie to become a flexible yogi. Our qualified, experienced yoga teacher has a deep understanding of how our body works and what enhances or hinders our wellness.
At Zen Om Yoga Studio we practice Japanese Yoga. Japanese Yoga has been described as "the sport of stretching". The art of Japanese Yoga utilises a variety of poses to tap into the patterns and influences of our everyday life. Japanese yoga combines traditional yoga postures with movements intended to activate certain meridians within the body and thus to alter or rebalance the structural body.
Whether this is your first time at Yoga or if you have been practicing for a while, the beginners yoga sessions are for anyone looking for gentle yet effective yoga flows. Specially designed for all fitness levels. Feel energised, refreshed and more in tune with your body. Beginners Yoga Classes are designed for everybody and have no specific fitness level or age restrictions.

I have been attending 4 sessions a week with Preeti for over 4 months now. I can honestly say her classes have improved my covid blues, toned my body and taught me to relax and breathe for the first time in my life and I have learnt to take time out for myself.
The classes are varied each lession including online when I can't make a studio class.
I can 100% recommend Zen Om Yoga as it has changed my life and given me the tools to improve my mind, body and love myself.

I've been taking yoga classes with Preeti since a long time now and I've thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the practice. Chair Yoga is my favourite class as while being nice and gentle, it also gives me the workout I need. More so, I love the nice and friendly environment her classes have to offer, it is like enjoying wonderful time with friends while doing good for your mind and body. I always look forward to yoga class as it keeps you very relaxed and the workouts are well designed. Preeti is very friendly and tailors her workouts to the students in the class. I've tried other yoga places but zen om tops it off!

I was looking for a yoga class close to Guildford that wasnt too expensive and did private classes because of my work and university schedule. Thats how I found Zen Om Yoga. My mum and I have been doing private yoga classes with Preeti. We love the private classes because Preeti can tailor the exercises for me because I am pregnant and for my mum who is 72yrs old. Its always a good session and we feel amazing afterwards. I highly recommend Zen Om Yoga.

I have been attending yoga classes conducted by Preeti of Zen Om Yoga for the past 5 months. I have noticed my posture and flexibility has increased during this time. I have increased from 1 class per week to 2 classes per week and this has reduced the stress I have from a busy job and trying to keep a household running.
I would recommend Preeti's classes to anyone who is looking for a way to keep calm, relaxed and flexible in a busy life.

I have been attending Preeti's classes for about a month. The small class size allows students to develop good technique through individual correction. There is good variety between classes across the week which keeps things interesting. I also like the different fee structures which allow students to choose an option that suits them best.

If you are looking for a style of Yoga which is doable yet effective you have found it with Zen Om Yoga Studio. Beside her extensive Japanese Yoga skills, our Instructor Preeti has a calming and encouraging influence on her classes....and all in a good-humoured atmosphere. Zen Om yoga studio provides the finest yoga teaching for private one on one sessions I’ve ever seen. They take me as an individual and work with me to achieve my best. I only started yoga for the first time a couple of months ago, and Preeti has been an amazing coach helping me to build core and upper body strength. Preeti has been a very accommodating and flexible coach, and during class tries to get to every person and help them to achieve their personal goals. I have recently started attending yoga and meditation classes at Zen Om Yoga. Yoga has reduced the frequency of my sinus headaches. Each week, I look forward to attending my classes and thoroughly enjoy them. The small classes means individual attention. Preethi is very motivating, and works with each individual to target their specific needs. Overall, the classes are a nice, comfortable, calming environment to be in. Highly recommend.
