Freeway Hotel

Sunday 28/11,130pm.I got the rib eye fillet with streamed vegetables and wedges and a hot chocolate . The food was excellent and the service from one of the two barman was brilliant, the other one wanted to be somewhere else which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 Stars

It's a good pub. I've had some great times here but it's a bit out of the way from other entertainment businesses and on the fringe of an industrial area. It's a good 10-15 minute walk from Artarmon. As I used to work in close proximity it was the go-to place for Friday lunches, but these days it just doesn't seem worth the trek with so many other options in the area and along the train line.

The place was busy but we had our meals within 40mins. The food was tasty and satisfying. A little blunder with meals not coming out at the same time but the service and taste made up for it

It’s a PUB / Good food, sports bar, bistro and pokies. Smoking areas as well.

Great modern style pub but without the pretentious and tacky decor of many other modern bars . Almost has a leagues club vibe to it. Great for watching sports or just having a relaxing drink overlooking the M2 . One of my favourite pubs in Sydney.

Nice hotel with friendly staff it has a good atmosphere and vibe.
Very clean amenities and fit out. The parking is around the back and underneath which if your not a local can be difficult to find.
There is a small gaming area and sports bar tab.

Pretty average pub food, at quite high prices. Schnitzels are freshly fried and come out hot, chips are quite ok, nothing special at all. It's pretty handy to have waitressing service for beers (but I think this is only on certain days)

I've really got to stop going for long walks to random pubs that happen to be in the middle of nowhere just so I can have a beer at them. But, this pub's actually pretty awesome - scratch that idea. Actually, the staff are pretty awesome as well, and there is even a balcony that gives you a great view of the - freeway. Wow, I really wanted to sit on a balcony and watch cars go by, I can do that in, like, every other pub I've been to. But yeah, they have craft beers, so let's ignore that little flaw while I give this place a five.

Came here because they were playing the NBA finals. My friend wanted to watch the game but parking in the city is such a pain, so he picked me up and we went here. First 3 hours of parking is free.

He warned me though that the food wasn't that great. He had a pretty bad chicken schnitzel last time he was here. We sat down, ordered a drink and watched some of the game. The TV's weren't great but I don't have ESPN so I can't complain.
