We are a boutique hotel located on the International side of Sydney Airport. We have been operating for over 10 years now and have been recently renovated in 2018. The hotel has in total 60 rooms and each room has its own style and vibe. Our receptionists team is super friendly and out going. Our rooms are cleaned daily to exceptionally high standards and we pride ourselves on cleanliness.
The Sydney Opera House is located a short 25 minute train ride from the property into the city. The train ride is approximately $5 and the train station is very conveniently located 300 metres from the property at Arncliffe Train Station. Catch the train to Town Hall, change trains and hop on a train to Circular Quay.

Stayed in room 301 last night. Dirty room wasn’t even cleaned before we checked in. Overflowing rubbish, stained bedsheets and bed not made. Bed side table and bathroom door both broken. Rubbish in bathroom, used open bar of soap in bathroom and bath mat was wet and dirty . A cockroach flew onto the bed thst my husband had to kill. Paid for a queen deluxe room and was given a double room. Utter waste of money, so disappointed! Want my money back 🙄 don’t go there.

Completely unwilling to deal with problems. I was delayed for one day when my flight had to make and emergency stop in Hawaii . I called the Hotel and got no answer (multiple times), so I emailed to explain why I would be coming a day late. I arrived in Sydney to find my booking was cancelled. I couldn't have a room because I was considered a no show and now they were fully booked. I am still on the hook for the full price, even though they obviously filled the room. Terribly horrible stay, rude staff, full of dust, literally like ghost house. Don’t trust their pictures on the website, cuz it doesn’t match the reality AT ALL!
I made a reservation of a stay from 4th to 7th December 2021. After checkin, I found out the room was extremely dirty, dusty, and full of mould. The carpit and floor was covered by stain. The window was engulfed by dust. The air conditioner seems hasn’t been cleaned for a greatly long time. Also I found there were bugs on the linen. My friend and I were not feeling comfortable and dismayed. we had no choice but checked out later

Don’t be fooled by the appearance, my room 102 was great, nice, quiet and dark for a great sleep before a long trip to Ukraine.
I was greeted by Nathan at the front desk, a really nice helpful guy with great customer service skills.
So grateful for the 12pm late checkout you saved me from sitting around for an additional 2hrs at a eerily dead international airport.
I would not hesitate to stay again if I need a convenient, comfortable and friendly stay close to the Airport.

The photos of the outside make this hotel loom great but in reality it looks a dump but once through the door it opens out into a lovely courtyard. The rooms are clean although compact, tea and coffee is provided and using the toilet my legs stuck out into the room. Overall I'd say its value for money.
