My booking was cancelled a week out from my stay. No courtesy phone call just an email to advise of the cancellation. I am now left with a week to find suitable accommodation for my cousins wedding with all prices almost doubling. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending La Grande Apartments to anyone.

The apartment was a garden view on the 1st floor. Beautifully done up, stone bench, Marble type floor , and spacious living with Foxtel. The view was over to the road but with the bedrooms at the back we didn’t hear any noise from the road. One bedroom had a small ocean view. The second bedroom is separated by shutters from the living area along one wall, and not so good if people want to sleep and others are up watching tv. Would like to see the apartment owners install block out drapes, as it was too light in the bedrooms.

Perfect location, spacious units that are well equipped for families. The front reception lady was absolutely lovely, we had a issue with the wifi, she went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved it's service like that, that makes the different. She also was super welcoming when we arrived! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Where do I start? From the minute I messed up my booking, the lovely lady was eager to help me, and made sure I stayed happy during my time of anxiety haha when I arrived, she was wonderful and friendly and helpful. Without her little map I would of been lost in this amazing complex :)
The unit itself is amazingly tidy, fresh and stunning, i felt very spoilt! My son and i loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 9 nights
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook (as a family of 6 we needed to cook rather then eat out), all the beds were very comfortable.
The absolute only bad thing I could say would be that because the apartment faces the sun rise, the curtains are not enough to keep the light out so we were woken every day at 5:30am by the sun but apart from that I absolutely loved our stay

We recently stayed for 8 nights and had 2 x 3 bedroom apartments, The apartments were great, lots of space, clean and tidy, needed plastic crockery for kids as we had to go buy some for our 2 year old to avoid breakages, also needs block out blinds as the sinus beaming by 5am and fly screen it security screens on windows and doors is a must to insure the safety of people with children, we were disappointed in the pool area given it was not disability friendly and we had 3 ladies in group on walking sticks with mobility issues and they couldn’t use the pool or BBQ’S and were not told this at

We are a family of 4 from New Zealand and stayed at La Grande for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct 2019. We booked a 2 bedroom ocean view room and were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom sub-penthouse suite on the 3rd floor of tower C. The room was well-appointed and very spacious and quiet. Each room includes free under-ground secure parking and free unlimited WiFi. There is a good sized pool and barbeque area. The location of these apartments is just perfect. Especially when booking a room with ocean views. Very good views of the beach with a good sized balcony. The Oasis Shopping Centre is a 5 minute

Excellent location. Beach, shopping, restaurants, parks all with 5 mins walk.
Very roomy 3 bedroom apartment. Great view of beach. Ceiling fans above each bed( highly needed:-)) , air con in lounge. Pool was great. Bit of a rabbit Warren to get around, but after a few days you work it out. Good family accommodation.

Have stayed at La Grande Apartments on 2 occasions and on both occasions Helen has made us feel extremely welcome and assisted when required in a very timely fashion. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartments that had a great view over looking the beach. The apartment had everything we needed for our family of 6 to have a great stay, the grounds and pool area were very clean and well looked after. A short walk into Broadbeach for all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
