My partner and I stayed in a Standard Apartment. It was very spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable!

I am, unfortunately, forced to leave 3 star review. It's probably 3 1/2...
We stayed on lvl 23. Great view, good size apartment, indoor pool wasok, gym room not so good, however, the property maintenance is way, way behind. Cleanliness is not good, kitchen is ok, supplied stuff in kitchen not good at all.

The unit itself was great but what happened sat night was disgraceful and appalling. There was a party in unit 81 with loud music and rowdy people on the balcony until 2am in the morning. We called reception at 11.40 pm only to be told that management wouldn't do anything because it was a privately owned unit. To my knowledge all the apartments would be privately owned so why would paying guest's have to put up with that rubbish 🤬🤬🤬🤬. We will never return to the biarritz apartments.

Overall we had a nice stay the staff were friendly and the location and facilities were good. Our Appartement was quiet modern it didn’t have much of a view out the front because of large trees and to the rear we had a view of work man building a hotel which meant during the day it was quiet noisey, the bedrooms and bathrooms were dated more so the bathroom where we went to get a new roll of toilet paper and found it was covered in mould. The apartments could have been cleaner and reception communication could have been better as we were told a plumber was coming to fix a drip at check in and

Really Bad treatment by the reception. Specially Diane, So rude. We stayed for 1 night and they actually charged us over $700. The Reception service is Clearly bad, they act all sweet when you come for check-in but then during checkout they keep charging for useless stuff. STAY AWAY from this place, there are a lot of better apartments. You'll thank me later.
