I don't write very much reviews, and this is the first time I ordered from Hotel product direct and I was very happy with the service I received. The lady in the office was very helpful and I got my stocks much earlier than expected. Now this is what I call 'under promise and over deliver'. would definitely recommend and order again. One of the quickest and friendliest business services. The staff is very helpful and the whole shopping experience is very pleasant. I’ve been buying supplies from these guys for my Airbnb for about 3 years.
I drive 1 1/2 hours a couple of times a year to restock and see what new thing they have.
