Everyone in BSC lives in a three, four or five bedroom house in Fitzroy, North Fitzroy or Collingwood, some of the most desirable locations for students in Melbourne. The areas are close to many universities including The University of Melbourne, the Australian Catholic University and RMIT, and on tram routes to LaTrobe University and the Victorian College of the Arts.
Established in 2000, Brunswick Street College is very different to other residential colleges associated with the universities in Melbourne. While the College offers the benefits of its larger counterparts, such as formal balls and dinners, special events and academic support, BSC offers a social and cultural life specific to students.
