The main house is a single level; 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxury accommodation. The house is nested on a large property with grassy garden, established trees on the boundaries, high fences and automatic gates. Special amenities such as yoga, nanny / childcare can be offered through external contractors at an additional fee.
Exclusive access to the main house, all common indoor/outdoor areas and facilities including swimming pool (excluding the studio). Access to bedrooms is based on the booking below. However you can book any number of bedrooms or the entire house even if you are only 3 or 4 guests, but will have to pay the rates for the number of bedrooms you need.

Free phone calls to land line and mobiles within Australia, all other calls are chargeable. Keep the front gates locked (main and pedestrian gate) whether you are in the house or out as any vandalism on the property during your stay will be your responsibility. Access to the swimming pool is via the side front gate, the back side gate is kept locked.

I paid 1200 euros for my vacation. I received the keys of the apartment from a partner agency, EHO Turizam Rab Croatia. This agency charged me € 63.00 for tourist taxes that I did not have to pay. I paid cash and I did't received any bill. I wrote many mail to compliant but nobody answered. Customer service totally absent. Be careful.

We were really disappointed, because we paid extra for a house with a garden (code RAB BAR 164) but in the end it was an apartment on the first floor, half of the pictures were fake, showing the owners house and his garden! When we asked for a compensation for paying 300 € more, we got a 45 € discount on a boat trip, what a great deal!
Also the place was not 200 meters from the beach but at least 400 (check out Google maps). But already at 100 meters you'll find a main road which will ban you from sleeping at night. It also said in the booking confirmation that air condition is 7€/day but

I made a booking at their hotel and they have cancelled it, because they couldn't charge me from my credit card. Instead they've sent me a bill to pay it via bank, which I wasn't able to do because of my broken leg. Now I'm getting mails from a collector company on their behalf telling my to pay for the services they've cancelled!!
