You will also be required to pay a holding deposit which via credit card, cheque or EFT. Contracts of Sale for your purchase will be prepared and sent to your Legal Representative. As a renter for 10 years I can safely say Mason is the most professional and helpful property manager I've experienced. He took over our account from Sarah (also a great property manager) and navigated all our requests plus a complicated end-of-lease vacate with great communication and friendly service. I can only imagine the level of service he provides to landlords.
We have now moved premises and are longing for the days of Mason and Vicprop. The donkeys at Buxton aren't fit to shine his shoes. Thanks Mason!

Andre has been managing my property while I live overseas and he has been fantastic. Being overseas makes it difficult due to the time difference and other logistics but he is great at keeping me in the loop and always responds very quickly to any queries that I have. Highly recommend. Andre is extremely prompt with his response, tending to clients' phone calls at any time of the day. Process from application to handing over the keys took less than 2 days. In addition, throughout the whole process, Andre has been extremely professional and continue to tend to any of my queries and problems I have with the property.

Andre and the team at VicProp are great to deal with and very professional. Highly recommend! They are new management that have taken over from previously not so great management and are cleaning the mess they’ve walked into as best as they can. Much better to deal with than the previous agents I’ve dealt with in the prior 5 years with VicProp.

Do NOT recommend vicprop at all, was a nightmare having to deal with these people, as soon as they got their money no contact was made and we were refused a final inspection. The house was absolutely trashed as well as the keys were left on the meter box and got texted a time to get them. Things were broken that the house was sold with that we weren’t aware of!! don’t use this company!!!

Had a very bad experience with vic prop, was not given a pre settlement inspection as I asked multiple times We were given half an hour notice for pre-inspection that was not was son was unable to make it and he didn’t make any other time to do the pre-inspectiononce been told to get the keys out of the meter box on settlement time my son and… Jessica and I went into the house to find that the house was dirty carpets are dirty all the cupboards were not cleaned out rubbish left out the front furniture left on the nature strip The people left two weeks prior to settlement date and had

Door in a property I’m renting fell off the hinge onto my child and Vicprop Williams Landing refused to send tradesman to fix, didn’t even offer an apology, we had to fix it ourselves and still waiting until Metricon is ready to do repairs under warranty. So far waited 2 months for other repairs. Vicprop don’t make phone calls, don’t answer phone calls and don’t follow up emails. So far a very poor experience.
