We source high yielding, well-located and well-tenanted commercial and industrial investment properties with sound growth potential.
In pursuit of the above, our attention is directed to Australian capital cities and significant regional centres with strong demographic and diverse economic drivers, with a particular focus on population growth areas including the north-south growth corridor between Coolangatta and the Sunshine Coast, as well as significant regional centres such as Bendigo, Ballarat, Geelong, Wollongong, Newcastle and Townsville.
The syndicate is legally structured as a unit trust, with intending investors applying for Ordinary Units in the trust. Each unit holder is entitled to share in the income and capital of the trust, in proportion to his unit holding. The Syndicate is established for a finite period of time (5-7 years), with a guarantee of liquidity after 5 years, whether or not the property is sold at that time.
Peak Equities only acquire quality commercial property assets that provide a strong mix of income revenue, capital growth and tax benefits. Our objective is to deliver an internal rate of return (IRR) exceeding 12%, with our portfolio outlining the consistently strong returns we have delivered to our investors.
