Elaine - She is amazing agent and very responbsive and quick. I recommend her. She is keen to resolve issues and concerns and very quick to close any open cases and very much available on calls or emails.5 Star to her!!
Shing - Helpful and assist in fixing the concerns. Only thing is that he is sometimes though to catch. Have to send multiple email reminders or calls but at the end he looks into them and assist with no issues. 4 Star to him!
Core realty: They are very strict in cleanliness and which should be the ideal case. They take properties very seriously and they are thorough professional

I dont normally write a review but here i am.
I have used their agency for 4 years now and i didnt have an issue when i used their service in the first 2 years. Unfortunately issue has begun to rise when we had different agent (Emma Xing) who handled our different lease agreement in the last 2 years.
i would have given this 1 star review, but since Jessica had helped me so much in the past and be quick on her feet. I'll consider giving it higher rate.
Overall Great Agency but watch out for some people inside.

I rented a studio apartment in Hawthorn through Core Realty for 3 years. I can say I had a pretty smooth experience with Core Realty all along. They were pretty responsive during communications and occasional urgent and non-urgent maintenance issues. Our agent was Elaine. She was helpful and easy to reach all the times either through email or phone, whenever I reached out for help. I had these rough experiences of unfair picks through periodic and end-of-lease inspections with other real estate agencies occasionally in the past but thankfully with Core Realty everything was fair and smooth even
