I have been a Qualified Chef for over 12 years, now I am able to share my experience and love of food with you, your friends and family. Traditional European Style of pizza with a thin crispy base that does not leave you feeling bloated! As an owner operator I care about my product, my customers and the old fashion word of mouth referrals!
Everything you need to know to make an informed decision about our professional catering services operating since 2008. I would require 7 meters long by 3 meters wide on preferable flat level ground for my setup and will require access to the party address approx 2.5 to 3 hours prior to the food service time, for setup.
We mainly focus on private catering so we can provide you with a high level of service and a consistent top quality product. I use par baked pizza bases so the yeast is fully cooked so you end up with a thin crispy base that is easy to digest, as compared to hand stretched pizza bases where the outer crust is thinker than the base so its often not properly cook through so you end up eating raw dough and feeling bloated and heavy.
We specialise in catering for Weddings, offering a very unique personalised service where I personally work with the bride and groom to insure your catering needs for your special day are organised and stress free.
Prior to your special day I will be in communication with the bride and groom about your requirements such as setup location, any dietary requirements that you or your guests may have, working in with your with your run sheet so we are all on the same page, so on the day there are no surprises.

Do you have an upcoming Corporate Event or a team building event and are trying to find a mobile caterer to come to your place of work?. We arrive at your work place or alternatively an agreed offsite location with our woodfired pizza oven built on a 8x5 foot trailer and setup our 3x3 meter all weather marquee for our food preparation area where will provide your staff with amazing woodfired pizzas prepaid and cooked on site.

After a couple of other pizza people letting me down, The Woodfired Pizza King stepped up and provided pizzas for my album launch event. More than just music, I wanted to create a great experience and The Woodfired Pizza King really contributed to that. People were able to mingle, eat great pizza, have a drink and enjoy a quality show and the pizzas were a real hit with the patrons. We couldn’t of been more impressed with the service we received from the Woodfired Pizza King. From the second they pulled in the driveway I felt completely at ease. It made for the most enjoyable party because I could relax and enjoy our guests. Chris catered for our wedding day at a very reasonable cost. He was very easy to communicate with and he arrived on time with no issues.
Chris and his waitress were on site for a total of 4hrs. There pizzas are absolutely delicious and their garlic beard is even better.

We hired Chris for a 12 year olds birthday party for just over 40 people and I don’t think a single person left the party hungry. Both the kids and adults loved the food! Great quality and the service was great too. Communication with Chris coming up to the party making sure any dietary requirements or needs were met was great too. Definitely would recommend and will be keeping in mind for any future events.

Chris was very professional and friendly on our wedding day. Everyone had more then enough pizza with pizza left over to take home. He supplied 2 waiters to wait on our sit down guests. With 6 different choices to choice from it’s great for weddings with gluten free options, dairy free, wheat free and vegans etc. Everyone has raved about the pizza to me. He catered for 85 people was amazing! Would book him again. Very satisfied with this service. 10/10

We had the pizza king for a wedding catering about 55 people. The service and quality of food was great and the best thing was that every thing was simple and ran smoothly and i didn't have to worry about a thing it was all taken care of! When everyone had eaten thier fill ALL the leftover pizzas were boxed up and given to us to eat later... which were then consumed at dinner by our remaining very drunk guests! The food of course was really great and there was as said more than enough. Gluten frees and vegetarians were catered for as well which was great. The best part as mentioned was the friendly
